The Uptown Residences of J&P development is a exemplar complex of high quality contemporary aesthetics. The complex consists of 7 buildings in which each apartment has its own green roof, while the open space is designed to be a green landmark and to provide residents with pleasant moments of relaxation. The technology of green roofs was also implemented in the surrounding areas above the underground parking lots, increasing the percentage of green space. The extensive type DIADEM-150 was used for the construction of the green roofs, while in the surrounding areas the semi-intensive DIADEM-350 and the intensive type DIADEM-750 was used.
