The new office building of WEB HELP HELLAS (former building of Eleftherotypia) was completely renovated and upgraded to a bioclimatic design according to LEED certification standards. DIMAND was responsible for the project, while Elin Techniki undertook the construction. As part of the new bioclimatic design of the building, green roofs were constructed on all levels of the building. The products of Prasini Stegi were used for the infrastructure of the green roofs. These products are certified by EOTA and have been successfully utilized in many projects both in Greece and abroad. The special design of the Prasini Stegi drainage allows the maximum retention of water, while ensuring the drainage of excess water. The construction of the green roofs and the planting were undertaken by the company Agropolis.
