The roof of Landcogroup’s headquarters has been transformed into a beautiful garden using the know-how of PRASINI STEGI and the infrastructure of the international company DIADEM® Green Roof Systems.

The green roof of the building was created for Landcogroup’s employees, who often visit it during their breaks, as well as for hosting small corporate events or meetings of the company. In addition, the creation of the green roof has resulted in lower energy consumption for the cooling and heating of the building, it has increased absorption of pollutants and release of oxygen, it has reduced the impact on the drainage network and protected the insulation of the roof area in the long run, while also contributing to the conservation of the biodiversity of the area.
