The architectural design was undertaken by the Greek firm <strong>AETER Architects<\/strong>. The entire design followed bioclimatic strategies to reduce the energy footprint. Extensive areas of green roofs (on top of buildings or surfaces with underground parking) create a unified whole with the lush landscaping of the surrounding environment, contributing to the creation of a unique destination seamlessly integrated into the area&#8217;s distinctive natural landscape. For the infrastructure of the green roofs, products from <strong>Prasini Stegi<\/strong>, which are certified by EOTA and have been successfully applied in many projects both in Greece and abroad.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The specialized design of Green Roofs&#8217; drainage systems allows for maximum water retention while also ensuring the runoff of excess water.
