This development involves the creation of a modern, high-spec bioclimatic office complex, in accordance with the sustainable development certification standards of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program, achieving a Gold rating. The architectural design of the building was undertaken by Divercity Architects in collaboration with Bennetts Associates<\/strong>. The green design of the building included green roofs, which cover significant areas of the building. The project was managed by DIMAND<\/strong>, with the construction carried out by Ballian SA<\/strong>.
