The imposing building in Kallithea is covered in the largest part with green roofs, and has received a Platinum Leed certification.<\/p>\n

The architectural study of the building was done by Rena Sakellaridou \/ Sparch architects<\/strong>, while the implementation was carried out by Intrakat<\/strong> under the supervision of Dimand<\/strong>. The modern systems of DIADEM<\/strong> were selected for the construction of the green roof infrastructure, where according to the design, the extensive type DIADEM-150<\/strong> was implemented in the areas with low vegetation, semi-intense type DIADEM-350<\/strong> in the areas with low-medium vegetation and moderate depths \u00a0and the intensive type DIADEM-750 <\/strong>was applied in areas with high vegetation and large depths.[\/vc_column_text]
